3. Accounts; Account Security; Electronic Communications

You may be required to create an account to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.

By creating an account or using the Services, you consent to receive electronic communications from Fuel Revival, including account notices, updates, and legal disclosures. These communications satisfy any requirement that such communications be in writing.

5. Our Services; License

The Services may allow you to access training materials, participate in live sessions, submit prayer requests, post testimonies, and engage in community discussions.

You retain ownership of content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant Fuel Revival a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display Your Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Services.

You are granted a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial ministry development. This license does not permit:

Copying or distributing course content outside the Services

Reselling or commercially exploiting the Services

Reverse engineering or attempting to access source code

Using the Services in violation of these Terms

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable law

Infringe intellectual property rights

Post unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or misleading content

Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

Interfere with or disrupt the Services

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services

As a Christian ministry platform, we maintain community standards reflecting evangelical biblical values. We reserve the right to moderate content and suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

7. Transactions

Certain features of the Services may involve voluntary contributions or other transactions processed through third-party service providers.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Fuel Revival does not store full payment card information.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions in cases of suspected fraud, error, or legal concerns.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party platforms or services, including payment processors, hosting providers, video conferencing platforms, and community management tools.

Fuel Revival does not control and is not responsible for third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.

9. Ministry Disclaimers

The Services provide educational and spiritual ministry training.

We do not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. Participation in prayer ministry or training does not guarantee specific spiritual, physical, or personal outcomes.

While we believe in the power of God to heal and transform lives, we make no representations or guarantees regarding specific results from participation in the Services.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, trademarks, logos, graphics, and software associated with the Services are owned by Fuel Revival or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

11. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to [email protected] with sufficient information to identify the allegedly infringing material.

We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers as appropriate.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions; in such cases, exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuel Revival and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Fuel Revival in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

Certain jurisdictions do not permit limitations of liability; in such cases, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Fuel Revival and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of:

15. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration

Please read this section carefully.

Except for disputes eligible for small claims court or claims seeking injunctive relief for intellectual property violations, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Arbitration will take place in Georgia, United States, before a single arbitrator.

You and Fuel Revival agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis only and waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.

You may opt out of arbitration within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms by emailing [email protected] with a clear statement of your intent to opt out.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to the arbitration provision above, courts located in Georgia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

19. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Fuel Revival regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.

Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our rights.
