Fuel Revival Inc. is a Georgia-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that equips believers worldwide in supernatural ministry. We provide accessible training in healing, prophecy, and deliverance ministry, and we support missionaries reaching unreached nations.

3. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

We may collect two types of information when you use the Platform: Personal Information and Non-Personal Information (together, “Information”).

  • Personal Information means information that can identify you, such as your name, email address, phone number, or profile photo.
  • Non-Personal Information means information about your use of the Platform that does not identify you on its own, such as browser type, device type, operating system, general location based on IP address, and aggregated usage statistics.

Depending on how you use the Platform, the Personal Information we collect may include:

  • Account information: name, email address, username, password, and profile photo.
  • Contact information: phone number and mailing address.
  • Communication preferences: your email, SMS, and push notification choices.
  • Ministry information: prayer requests, testimonies, and growth tracking you choose to share.
  • Community participation: posts, comments, chat messages, and course progress.
  • Device and technical data: IP address, device ID, browser type, and operating system.
  • Usage data: how you interact with courses, live sessions, and pages, including completion rates.

Prayer requests and testimonies may include personal details, such as information about your health. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing.

We collect Information in three ways:

  • Directly from you. When you create an account, fill out a form, post in the community, submit a prayer request or testimony, or contact us for support, we ask for the information needed to fulfill your request.
  • Automatically as you use the Platform. We collect technical and usage information through cookies, analytics tools, and log data. See Section 9 for more about cookies.
  • From third parties. We may receive information from analytics providers, and from social platforms if you choose to connect or sign in with them.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the Information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide the Platform. We use your Information to give you access to training resources, live sessions, events, and community features, to track your course progress, and to handle prayer requests and testimonies.
  • To manage your account and support you. We use your Information to create and maintain your account, answer your questions, and provide technical help.
  • To communicate with you. We send account notices, security updates, and changes to our policies. With your consent where required, we also send ministry updates, educational content, and event reminders by email, SMS, or push notification.
  • To keep the Platform safe. We use Information to detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and to protect our legal rights.
  • To improve the Platform. We analyze usage patterns and statistics to understand what is helpful and to fix problems.
  • To meet legal obligations. We use Information as needed to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

We do not use Personal Information to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

Legal basis for our use (EEA and United Kingdom users only): If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your Personal Information only where we have a lawful basis to do so. These are: your consent; the need to perform our agreement with you under the Terms of Service; our legitimate interests in operating, securing, and improving the Platform, where your rights do not override those interests; and compliance with legal obligations. Where we rely on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

5. Retention of Your Information

We keep Personal Information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to meet legal, regulatory, and reporting requirements.

  • Account information is kept while your account is active.
  • Closed accounts: information is kept for a limited period after closure, unless you ask us to delete it sooner, subject to legal requirements.
  • Community content is deleted on request, or anonymized when your account is closed where feasible.
  • Anonymized information that can no longer identify you may be kept indefinitely for research and statistical purposes.

We may keep certain information longer when needed to resolve a dispute, enforce our agreements, or comply with the law.

6. How We Protect Your Information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. These include SSL/TLS encryption, secure hosting, access limited to people who need it, regular updates and monitoring, and staff training on data protection. We require our service providers to apply similar protections.

7. When We Share Your Information

We do not sell your Personal Information. We share it only as described below.

  • With service providers. We work with trusted companies that help us run the Platform, including community management, website and app hosting, video conferencing, email and SMS delivery, and analytics providers, and other vendors that support our operations. They may use your Information only to provide services to Fuel Revival and must keep it confidential and secure.
  • For legal reasons. We may disclose Information when required by law or legal process, or when needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of Fuel Revival, our users, or others, including in an emergency.
  • In aggregated or anonymized form. We may share information that does not identify you, such as overall usage trends.
  • During an organizational change. If Fuel Revival is involved in a reorganization, merger, or transfer of its ministry operations, Personal Information may be transferred under the same protections described in this Privacy Policy.
  • With your consent. We may share Information for other purposes when you give us permission.

SMS data: We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the aggregators and providers that deliver our text messages.

8. Information From Children

The Platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from them. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13, we will delete it as soon as possible. Users between 13 and 17 should use the Platform only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

9. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Platform working, remember your preferences, analyze traffic and usage, measure the reach of our outreach, and support security and performance.

The cookies we use may include essential cookies, analytics cookies, preference cookies, and, where applicable, advertising cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings or, where required by law, through our consent tools. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Platform works.

10. Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting that signals you do not want to be tracked. The Platform does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

11. Links to Other Websites and Services

The Platform may link to websites and services we do not operate, such as video platforms and social media. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and this Privacy Policy does not apply to them. This also includes app stores, device makers, and other companies whose products you use to access the Platform. We encourage you to review their privacy policies before sharing information with them.

12. International Data Transfers

Fuel Revival is based in the United States. If you use the Platform from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. When we transfer Personal Information internationally, we use the safeguards required by applicable law.

13. Your Rights and Choices

  • Access and update your account. You can review and update your account information in your account settings or by contacting us.
  • Delete your account. You can request deletion of your account and associated Personal Information at any time through your account settings in the app, where available, or by emailing [email protected]. We will delete it unless we must keep certain information to comply with the law.
  • Ministry updates and notifications. Email: use the unsubscribe link in any message. SMS: reply STOP. Push notifications: turn them off in your device settings. Even if you opt out, we may still send important account and security notices.
  • Privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your Personal Information, to object to certain processing, or to receive a copy of it in a portable format. Users in the EEA and UK may also file a complaint with their local data protection authority. Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable state laws.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 16. We may need to verify your identity before we respond, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

14. SMS Communications

If you opt in to text messages from Fuel Revival, you agree to receive messages about ministry updates, event reminders, and your account.

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number and SMS consent are never sold or shared for marketing purposes (see Section 7).

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, legal requirements, or ministry practices. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the “Last Updated” date at the top. For significant changes, we may also notify you by email or through the Platform.
